Amenities Our entire third floor is an open-air design and seems to be one of the most appreciated features of A Piece of Ground. Guests enjoy access to: a fully functional kitchen with plenty of counter space (including a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dish washer); a full bathroom, a 9’ Brunswick pool table, a washer and a dryer, fully loaded stereo system; a table and chairs. and a set of stairs that leads to a private sundeck on the roof. This is where our guests spend most of their down time. Some might prepare meals while listening to music, watching television, or watching nature. Others would prefer swinging in a hammock or getting some sun while a meal is being prepared by our in-house cook.
Here at P.O.G. we place a lot of emphasis on freedom of movement and autonomy for our guests; we have seen how much people appreciate feeling truly at home here. Guests move freely while the staff treads lightly. This communal space makes P.O.G. perfect for small groups of family/friends to reserve all four rooms and have the whole place to themselves. It is also a great place for those traveling alone to meet new people and make new friends
